Paul Hoonjan has been in the Contact Center industry for over 18 years and brings global and virtual experience to LYNX. He has managed not only Operational but also support departments such as Training, Quality, Workforce Management, Technology & Process Improvement and Call Center Analytics. He has worked with various BPOs, big and small, and has managed many of the Fortune 100 companies as clients in many industries including Insurance, Healthcare, Technology, Finance and Retail/e-Commerce. Paul has a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing/Communication from Ryerson Polytechnic University in Toronto, Canada.
