William Román

William joined our organization in October 2014 and leads the Human Resources function for all companies under the Solera Insurance Services umbrella. William has been in the call center industry since 1995 and has developed significant Human Resources and business expertise during career assignments of increasing responsibility with leading companies including AT&T Wireless, Dell Computers, JPMorgan, NCO Financial Systems and Comcast/NBC Universal. William earned his BS in Business Administration and an MBA in Human Resource Management, both from the University of Phoenix. William has certifications as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Project Manager (PMI Certified), and is also a Certified Adult Trainer through Development Dimensions International.
