Don Markland

Don N. Markland has been an executive leader in the BPO industry since 2005. He joined the LYNX team in 2015. Prior to LYNX, Markland served as Chief Operating Officer for a start up technology sales company in Salt Lake City, Utah. Under his leadership, they experienced record revenue and client growth (380%). For his accomplishments, Don was named to Utah Business Magazine's Top Forty under 40. Markland also served as Vice President of Operations for a leading BPO in northern Utah, leading them to 200% growth over a seven year period. Markland earned undergraduate degrees in English and Business Finance from Utah Valley University and University of Phoenix. He also earned an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
