LYNX Services and i3 Group have created a strategic alliance to launch innovative property claims solutions. As part of the scope of this market initiative, LYNX and i3 are offering advanced water mitigation auditing services through an exclusive market and technology alliance with SkyeTec.

LYNX/i3 will audit water mitigation invoices via proprietary Water Event Manager (WEM) software and auditing processes. The WEM review process is conducted in an objective manner, based solely on proven scientific, mathematical and objective standards.

WEM technology is based on creating a Reasonability Test using:

• Scientific Standards and Guidelines - Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (ANSI / IICRC S-500-2006)
• Financial Pricing Standards - Xactimate
• Proprietary Algorithms - SkyeTec’s extensive research and development

Full service audits are also available and performed by IICRC certified environmental scientists if:

• Mold is present
• There is current or anticipated litigation
• The invoice is greater than $50,000
